There are very tangible steps associated with changing a process or system, but the transitions that people have to make to embrace change are intangible and require support. We believe that you achieve the most dramatic and lasting results when you work with leaders concurrently on the individual, team, and system levels to address both the tangible aspects of change and intangible behavioral transitions that people have to make.
